I just purchased a new Cadillac and it was the most pleasurable experience I have had in buying a car. There was no pressure and no games, such as hiding my car keys so I couldn't leave and having to "ask the manger" every time something came up. Negotiations were fun and profitable for me and the dealership. I heartily recommend Coughlin of Circleville as a very satisfied customer.

The timely in and out is of great importance. Jim was a "no bull" sales man which I dearly appreciate. I told him I expected the bottom line and then I would say I agree or disagree and he did that for me. I really do not like a salesman that keeps you in their lot hours.
